On 08/27/2021, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Daniel Alvarez met with licensee Candice Morris-Mossman at her new location.

LPA provided Candice Morris-Mossman with Complaint Investigation Report dated 8/18/21 providing findings for the complaint allegations received and investigated by our office. A Plan of Correction is due to Community Care Licensing by 8/31/21 for deficiency cited.

Licensee is scheduled for a Noncompliance Conference on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at the Fresno Regional Child Care Office located at 1310 East Shaw, Fresno CA 93710.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
