13 | On 11/03/2021 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Roman Iglesias, conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to provide findings for the above allegations. LPA Iglesias met with Licensee Katrina Ceja, reviewed the allegations with her, and took a census.
This agency has investigated the complaint alleging Ms. Ceja hitting a daycare child while in care and Ms. Ceja inappropriately grabbing a daycare child while in care. During the course of the investigation LPA interviewed Ms. Ceja, interviewed Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo (CAPSLO) staff, attempted to interview children, children's parent's, and reviewed files. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiency is being cited.
An exit interview was conducted with Licensee, Katrina Ceja. A copy of this report and Appeal Rights were provided and discussed with Ms. Ceja. A Notice of Site Visit is to be posted for 30 days. |
