13 | On 11/23/2021 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Isabel Ortega conducted a complaint investigation at the facility to deliver complaint investigation findings. LPA met with licensee Diaz, who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Upon arrival LPA observed no children in care.
During this investigation, LPA received pertinent documents related to this investigation, which included Facility Roster and other documentation related to the allegation. LPA interviewed the complainant, Licensees, parents and children. According to interviews conducted and observations completed the children were never left alone which does not pose a danger to the children's health and safety. Also, there were no disclosures of inappropriate interactions between children. Allegations of Personal Rights: Licensee did not adhere to child's transportation plan and Licensee did not prevent inappropriate interactions between children are deemed to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, a finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened
or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged allegations occurred.
An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report and a notice of site visit report were provided to Family Child Care Home.
