The facility will operate Monday through Friday from 4AM – 5PM for less than 24 hours and with a license capacity of 8 children. LPA went over the childcare ratios for a small family home with applicant and provided applicant with a copy.
Main Care Area: Main care will be provided in the living room and den. Children will nap and eat in the den. Per applicant she will most likely apply for a food program. The day care children will utilize the bathroom in the hallway. Children will not utilize the backyard for outdoor play time at the moment, however, applicant will be remodeling it in the future. LPA advised applicant to contact us before she allows children to play outside since it needs approval from the department. Children will nap in mats in the den. LPA observed mats to be properly stored.

LPA observed a child safety gate located in the hallway separating the bedrooms, making the inaccessible to children. LPA a safety door knob in the door that gives access to the garage.
