On 10/22/2021, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kathy Pacheco conducted an unannounced follow up complaint inspection at the facility and met with Director Laurae Raths to deliver the findings for the above complaint allegations.

During the course of the investigation, LPA Pacheco conducted interviews with staff and complainant. The interviews revealed inconsistencies in the above allegations. Although the allegtions may have happened or may be valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove the staff did not assist the daycare child when she soiled her pants, did not inform parent that child had feces in her pants, or made an inappropriate comment to daycare child; therefore, the allegations are unsubstantiated.

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, no deficiency was cited today.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report provided.
