13 | On 05/16/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Denisia Jimenez conducted an unannounced complaint inspection at the facility to deliver findings for the above-mentioned allegations. LPA met with Owner, Laurae Raths and a census was taken.
During the investigation, LPA interviewed reporting party, staff and obtained records. There were inconsistent statements and insufficient information to prove lack of supervision resulting in injury to child and reporting requirements not met.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur; therefore, the allegations are unsubstantiated.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency was cited.
