25 | On 01/15/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christopher Burnias conducted an unannounced case management inspection at the facility. LPA met with Owner, Laurae Raths and informed them of the purpose of the inspection. LPA toured the facility, and a census was taken.
LPA went over the Decision and Order issued by the Department for Adult #1 (A1). Owner stated A1 has not been at the facility since 07/16/25 and has not had any contact with daycare children. LPA informed Owner that A1 is prohibited from employment in, presence in, and contact with clients of any facility licensed by the Department. LPA provided a copy of the Decision and Order to Owner. Verification of exclusion is complete.
Owner, Laurae Raths was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Owner, Laurae Raths.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
