On 7/16/2021, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kathy Pacheco conducted an unannounced inspection at the facility and met with owner, Laurae Raths. The purpose of the inspection was to inspect the infant crib area for a possible increase to the use of three cribs at the facility. LPA inspected the infant classroom and found there to be adequate spacing for three cribs to be used. Effective today, the facility can begin using three cribs for infants located in the infant classroom.

Per Chapter 3, Division 12, Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations no deficiencies were observed today.

Exit interview was conducted with Laurae Raths. A copy of the Facility Evaluation Report (LIC 809) and the Notice of Site Visit form (LIC 9213) were provided to facility. Facility was advised the LIC 809 is required to remain in the facility for public review and the LIC 9213 is required to be posted for 30 days.
