| On 02/10/2023, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Gloria Reyes and Kari McWilliams conducted a follow-up prelicensing inspection and met with Program Administrator, Evelyn Solorio. The purpose of today’s visit was to ensure that all corrections have been completed.
LPAs observed the outdoor shade area for children in Classrooms A and B. LPAs observed pop-up coverings in each yard. Ms. Solorio understands that the shade coverings must always be functioning and inspected daily. A fence has been installed to separate the Infant and Toddler play yard for Classrooms A and B. There is a shed in each play yard that must be locked. The site map was previously submitted. Facility will provide sippy cups filled with bottle water and/or bottled water will be labeled with the child's name, and an igloo filled with bottle water with a cup holder and disposable cups will be used for outdoors.
Pending a final file review, a recommendation will be made to license the above facility for the requested capacity of 24 children that includes 16 Infant Children ages 0 to 24 months including nine (9) crib babies and 8 children enrolled in the Toddler Option ages 18 to 36 months. This facility will operate year-round, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The Infant program will operate in Infant Room 1 and Infant Room A and the Toddler Option will operate in Toddler Room B.
