32 | LPA reviewed a sample of children’s files and observed files were complete with emergency information as required. Licensee’s Mandated Reporter training was completed on 04/03/2023. Licensee’s pediatric CPR/First Aid expires on 06/10/2024. A review of records indicates that Licensee has immunization records on file for influenza, pertussis, and measles.
Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. For IMS information see PIN 22-02- CCP. When any IMS is provided, a Plan for Providing IMS must be submitted to the Department. LPA and Licensee discussed the Community Care Licensing website www.ccld.ca.gov which will provide access to Provider Information Notices (PINs), Quarterly Updates, COVID-19 Information and Resources, Mandated Reporter Training, Safe Sleep in Child Care, Lead Poisoning Facts, Forms and Regulations.
Licensee was informed of the MyChildCarePlan.org website; a consumer education website that helps families obtain child care by connecting them to child care providers and Resource and Referral Agencies (R&Rs) throughout California.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations, the following deficiency is being cited during today’s inspection. (See next page, LIC809-D).
Licensee was provided a copy of appeal rights. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee. During the exit interview, the Licensee confirmed that there are no Registered Sex Offenders living in the facility and LPA completed the RSO profile in FAS. |
