25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nolan Tcheng conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection to follow up on an incident report submitted to the department on 04/24/2023. This is a subsequent inspection regarding the incident. Upon arrival at 2:55pm, LPA was greeted by Director Christine Riddle, to whom the purpose of the inspection was explained. At 3pm, LPA was provided a tour of the facility where there were children present during the time of inspection.
Census was taken. There were 7 children and 2 staff members.
The purpose of this inspection is for a follow up to an incident that was reported to the Department on 04/24/2023. Investigation was conducted in regards to a possible Personal Rights violation. Interviews were conducted with staff and parents during the course of the investigation. Documents and videos related to the incident were obtained. Based on the information obtained during the investigation, it was determined that there was no violation of California Title 22 regulations at this time. An Advisory Note: Technical Assistance is being provided to address facility policy.
There are no deficiencies being cited during today’s inspection.
The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative.
