25 | On 8/24/2022 at 8:20am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Denise Miranda conducted an unannounced Annual Required Inspection and was met by Licensee, Esperanza Lawson. Also present was Licensee’s husband and no children were present this time. Per Licensee, she has 5 children enrolled that are attending her day care in the afternoon. An updated LIC279 Application form was provided to LPA the days and hours of operation is from Monday – Friday – 6AM-8PM. Also, licensee provided an updated LIC279B, and a copy of Liability insurance.
Per Sketch, the licensee's will submit a revised showing the off limits areas, door, windows and the detached room along with bathroom located by the detached garage. The house is one-story single-family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining room, living room, family room and laundry room, detached room along with one bathron and detached garage.
The following areas are designated as follows and Licensee confirmed the: Family room, dining room, backyard, living room, bathroom#1 and back yard, small patio, and deck were accessible to the children in care.
The off-limit: Bedroom #1,#2 and #3 and bathroom#2, laundry room, detached garage and detached room along with a bathroom#3. Per Licensee, the garage is use only for storage.
There is no swimming pool or other bodies of water on the premises. There are no firearms or ammunition on the premises. No poisons were observed during the inspection. Detergents, cleaning compounds, medication and other hazardous items are made inaccessible.
LPA observed a fireplace barricade with screen located at the family room. There is a working fire extinguisher,
