On 10/15/2024 LPA Whitmore observed the following corrections. The following corrections has been made to the Fellowship Hall. In the front of the stage at the bottom all of the storage cabinets have white baby latches. LPA Whitmore pulled on each cabinet to make sure that the latch was tight and secured. The safety locks that are on the cabinets are not tightly secured. The cabinets are very loose with the safety latch. LPA Whitmore was able to stick her hand in the cabinet. LP Whitmore spoke to the Director about preventing injuries to happen. There was a total of six outlets that were covered. All doors in the back of the fellowship hall are locked with a key. For the Kitchen door there was a white safety baby lock on the door. LPA Whitmore pulled on the door to make sure that the door would not open. There is a wooden structure with a lock latch at the end of each stairway to prevent children from going on the stage. Also, to make the stairs inaccessible to the children. The door that leads to the children's restroom to the left LPA Whitmore observed a gray security gate in front of the stairs. The stairs leads to the sanctuary.
LPA Whitmore explained to the Director that the only correction that will need to be made is the cabinets at the bottom will need to be tight and secured. LPA Whitmore explained to the Licensee that once the cabinets are corrected, LPA Whitmore will come out to check. LPA Whitmore explained to the Director the importance of safety.
