On 1/13/26, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), V. Wheatley conducted an inspection regarding the above allegations and met with licensee/director Eromie Kumarage. LPA observed 21 children napping on the premises. The children were supervised properly within required ratios.

On 10/7/2025, LPA V. Wheatley met with Director and conducted an inspection regarding the above allegations. LPA toured the preschool and observed 21 children supervised by staff and within required ratios. LPA interviewed the director and staff members. LPA received a copy of the children's roster and a copy of the LIC 500 (Personnel Report). During the investigation LPA interviewed other witnesses.

Based on information which was obtained through investigation of interviews, review of records and observations, the above allegations are Unsubstantiated. LPA has observed the children supervised during inspections. LPA has observed the facility clean and orderly.

Exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report was read and provided to the director. The Notice of Site Visit will be posted for 30 days.
