25 | On Friday February 13, 2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Joanne Solorio Campos and Caroline Nguyen conducted an unannounced annual inspection and met with Alexis Godinez, Director, who guided LPAs on a tour of the facility. This is a preschool age program that serves children age 2 until first grade and consists of 2 classrooms. The facility is located within the church premises. Classroom #1 is currently operating and Classroom #2 is not operating due to low enrollment. This program operates Monday – Friday from 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Per the Director, there are 17 children enrolled. All areas identified on the facility sketch were toured and inspected both indoors and outdoors. Teacher and child ratio were observed, and present staff are fingerprinted cleared. 16 children and 5 staff. Present staff are fingerprinted cleared.
Sign in and out takes place at the main entrance area using a tablet and app CareConnect. The director stated no firearms, weapons, poisons nor bodies of water are located in the premises and LPAs did not observe any of the above mentioned. Director stated that they currently have 1 child on medication and no children with severe food allergies. LPAs observed the ill isolation area to take place in the director’s office with a restroom adjacent to it, located in classroom #2.

LPAs entered classroom #1 and observed furniture, manipulatives, toys, games, and books made accessible to the children to be age appropriate and free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. LPAs observed the classroom to have a cubby for children to store their personal belongings. Children bring their own water bottles and
