On 08/23/2023, LPA Clayton conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegation(s). LPA was greeted Jerry Hale, Owner. LPA toured the Infant Center for Health & Safety inspection. LPA Clayton observed 8 napping infants, being supervised, and cared for appropriately by 2 staff.
During the investigation LPA Clayton visited the CCC/Infant Center unannounced on 05/24/2023 and 08/03/2023. During each of the unannounced visits, LPA Clayton conducted thorough inspection in the infant center, and observed the care being provided by the staff. LPA Clayton interviewed staff, the complainant, reviewed the child’s file, and conducted a collateral visit on the child mentioned in the complaint.

Based on LPAs inspections, interviews, file review, and observations, the above allegation(s) is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with CCC Administrator/owner. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
