13 | On 8/14/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brittanee Cleveland arrived to the facility above to deliver findings for the allegations stated above. Upon arrival, LPA was met by Roshawn Hooper, Director, who guided LPA on a tour of facility. During time of inspection, there were 41 children and 16 staff.
During the inspection, LPA followed up on the initial visit from 5/8/24. At the initial visit, LPA obtained roster, conducted interviews, and obtained supporting documentation. LPA interviewed staff and students in relation to the allegations. RP informed LPA that they heard of the facility being rough with children but had not experienced it with C1. When C1 was in care, while playing with classmate, S2 informed children to stop. S2 was unaware of a scratch at the time of incident. S2 remained in ratio when incident occurred.
The complainant is alleging the above allegations. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. -- Page 1 |
