On 11/05/2024 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Laticia Thompson met with Vlada Matsenko, Applicant. Today’s visit is for the purpose of obtaining additional measurements of the proposed indoor space based on removal of encumbered items. The facility has a total of 4 classrooms. LPA toured and measured the on-limits areas. There were 22 children present during this inspection.

Preschool Classroom measurements are:
The Indoor measurements contain a total of 1,685,22 which will not accommodate Applicant’s request for 50 children. Based on today's measurements the facility capacity limit for indoor space is a total of 48 children.

Applicant request to add restroom located in detached storage area next to outdoor activity space. LPA informed applicant are fire clearance is required before usage can be allowed.

A Prelicensing Inspection visit for indoor and outdoor visit was previously conducted on 11/01/2024. Based on today's visit LPA observed the following corrections:
  • Black wiring hanging from wall
  • Barricade placed on bottom of stair casing located in the outdoor activity space.
  • Safety knob and latch on door in staff restroom that leads to the basement, door in kitchen and door that exits to stair casing in room #3.
