25 | On 5/31/2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Carol Heath conducted an unannounced Required 1 Year inspection at the Robles Family Child Care. Upon arrival, the LPA met with the licensee, Amparo Robles who guided the LPA on a tour of the facility. Family members residing in the home include 4 adults (licensee, her daughter, her daughter’s husband, and granddaughter). Per LIS, facility annual fees are current. All adults living in the home have been background cleared on 2018. However, the daughter Nancy Robles’s fingerprint is showing in process There were 0 daycare children present during this inspection. Per licensee’s daughter, Days/Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday 5 AM to 6 PM. The incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed.
The Home is set up as follows:
This is a single-story home with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry area, storage room, one shed and no garage. There is no body of water on the premises (pool/spa). There is a fountain (no water in the front yard). The home has central heating and air conditioning. All windows have screens and are free of cracks, bugs, and debris.
Ø Main Area: The living room, hallway bathroom, dining room, kitchen, and front yard are utilized for the family child care.
· Living room/Dining room: In the areas, LPA observed a fireplace that was properly screened via a mirror glass barrier and behind the couch which made it inaccessible to children. LPA observed age-appropriate toys and furniture for the children. LPA observed: |
