13 | On October 22, 2024, at 2:37 P.M., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joselito L. Del Mundo conducted an unannounced complaint inspection at the facility to deliver findings for the above allegation. LPA Del Mundo met with director Aimee Ward who granted access to the facility. LPA toured the facility and observed 11 preschool children and 1 staff providing care and supervision. LPA was provided with a copy of the attendance sheet of preschool children for the day.
Based on confidential interviews conducted and reports gathered regarding the allegation: Staff did not allow parent to drop off child, it was determined that the allegation is Substantiated. Although the parents were notified regarding the changes on the cut-off time, which is currently 9:30 A.M., there was no clear and concise policies regarding drop offs after the cut-off time. However, no deficiencies were cited during this inspection due to the health and safety of children in care were not compromised.
