32 | Parents stated they are allowed to go in the facility if they choose to enter, however for convenience it is easier to drop the children at the front gate. Parents also disclosed they are satisfied with the level of care provided by Licensee and staff. During staff interviews, staff disclosed children may fall here and there and if major injuries happen, they are reported to parents. Staff also disclosed the parents are always welcome into the facility.
Based on the evidence obtained, interviews conducted and observations, the allegations of Licensee is allowing uncleared adults to provide care and supervision; Licensee does not ensure staff hold current CPR/1ST Aid training; Licensee operates out of ratio; Licensee is not providing adequate supervision to day care children resulting in injuries; Licensee is not allowing parents entry into the day care home are deemed Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violations did or did not occur.
No deficiencies are being cited accordance to Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations and/or Health & Safety Codes.
An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, appeals rights and a notice of site visit were discussed and provided to Licensee, Lisa Worthen.
