On 08/30/2022 at 9:47 a.m., Deborah Lowe and Antonio Almanza, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of verifying corrections for citations issues on 08/17/2022. During todays visit LPAs met with Director Magaly Zuniga and toured that facility; there are no children in care adults providing care and supervision to 10 children in care.

During today visits corrections have been verified and 2 Plan of Corrections (POCs) were cleared and POC letters were generated and provided to the director.

A copy of this Report, Notice of Site Visit, and Appeal Rights were explained and provided to Director Magaly Zuniga and Administrator Gabrielle Hovey.
