On 2/14/2023 at 12pm - Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) V. Wheatley conducted an unannounced inspection and met with center director Tina Roberts regarding the above allegations.

LPA observed 20 preschool children preparing for nap and at naptime. LPA observed 4 staff members present at arrival. The staff were observed supervising children properly and within ratios.

LPA interviewed two staff members.

On 12/6/2022 at 3:30pm - LPA V. Wheatley conducted an unannounced inspection and met with center director Gloria Calzadillas regarding the above allegations. LPA observed 11 preschool children playing inside and 11 preschool children playing outside. The staff were observed supervising children properly and within ratio.

During the investigation, LPA obtained a copy of the LIC 500 (Staff Roster) and LIC 9040 (Children's Roster).

The director/staff previously had submitted an LIC 624 (Unusual Incident) report regarding an incident which occurred on 11/29/22.

Based on observations, information obtained and interviews which were conducted, the allegation is unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
