13 | On 5/03/24 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of delivering the findings on the above allegations. LPA was greeted by Stephanie Thibodeaux, site supervisor. LPA toured the facility and observed 51 children and 15 staff providing care and supervision.
LPA conducted a full investigation that included interviews with staff, parents, and children, facility observations, and records review of staff and child rosters, parent handbook, staff timesheets, and teachers’ transcripts.
Interviews from parents and children reveal that they are satisfied with the level of care provided by the facility and did not express any concerns. Further, based on the investigation, review of documents, and interviews with director, staff, children, and parents; there is not enough information to prove or disprove the allegations of personal rights and staff qualifications were not met.
