 On 09/14/ 2022 LPA Whitmore conducted a Case Management Annual Continuation.LPA was greeted by Monica Marquez H.R. Tech. LPA was introduced to Diana Enriquez' Romero H.R. Tech and Superintendent Tom Stekol Asst. Superintendent. LPA reviewed a total of 11 Files which included Teacher's and Assistants. LPA was able to review the some of the forms that were in the files. LPA explained to the H.R. Tech about the forms that were unable to be reviewed. Diana and Monica shared with the LPA Whitmore Why some of the forms were not able to be reviewed? Exit interview was conducted with Monica Marquez.There were no deficiencies cited today.LPA shared information about Forms to be kept at the ChildCare Facility.
