13 | On February 21, 2024 at 9:15 am Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) A. Wallin and T. Tran arrived at the above licensed facility for the purpose of delivering findings for the aforementioned complaint allegations. Upon arrival LPAs met with licensee and toured the facility. During course of inspection, LPAs collected the following document: current LIC 9040 children’s roster. Interviews were conducted with children and staff. During interviews, staff confirmed a power outage did occur between periods of December to February but did not last more than 15 minutes. LPAs observed facility has natural light via use of three skylights in facility. Staff confirmed that children in care were not affected by power outages experienced. Based upon the evidence obtained during the course of the investigation through interviews and observation, the evidence does not support, nor disprove the above allegations of facility experiencing power outages and or experiencing financial distress. Thus, the following conclusion has been reached: Unsubstantiated. The copy of this report was explained and issued to the noted person. No deficiency was cited at this time. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Tracie Adams. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
