On 7/17/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Suzette Ornelas made an unannounced visit for
the purpose delivering an amended report for LPA Laticia Thompson. LPA met with Co- Director, Amy Perez Pineda.

LPA toured the facility and observed 20 children in care supervised by 5 staff.

LPA Ornelas will not be signing the amended report.

An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report and notice of site visit were provided to the Co- Director, Amy Perez Pineda. Co-Director was advised the notice of site visit must remain posted for 30 days.
