On 09/13/2022 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Justeene Tamayo and Andrew Alemoh conducted a subsequent complaint investigation to deliver the findings of the above allegation. LPAs met with Director Rubi Trejo.

The investigation of the above allegations consisted of staff, parents interviews and LPAs observations. On 06/23/22 and 09/06/2022, LPA Beneroso observed the online device application with logs of preschool diaper changes which alerts parents every time children’s diapers are changed. LPA also received a copy of these records via email. Furthermore, the investigation revealed the facility follows the adequate protocols when children are sick. Parents are contacted immediately when a child does not feel well or experience fever.

During interviews conducted with staff members, director, parents, and based on documentation provided, it has been determined that based on the preponderance of the evidence, the above allegations have been deemed to be unsubstantiated at this time.

An exit interview was conducted with Director Rubi Trejo, and a copy of this report was provided along with the appeal rights and Notice of Site Visit.
