This report was amended for the purpose to correct the children census. On 04/28/2023 at 8:28 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Andrew Alemoh met with
Assistant Director Cesalie Dydra for the purpose to deliver the finding of the above allegation. Upon arrival, LPA observed 30 preschool age children 4 staff.
The investigation consisted of interviews with director, assistant director, and other complaint relevant parties. The investigation revealed the following: there are two or more teachers with preschool children. Director, and staff statements corroborated with the children sign in and out and staff timesheets. Day care parent disclosed seeing 2 or more staff members providing care and supervision up to 10 to 15 children at one time with two teachers present in the preschool classroom. On 04/26/23, LPA Alemoh observed 30 preschool age children and 7 staff members including, director and assistant director providing care and supervision to daycare children. Based on the evidence obtained, the allegation of out of ratio is unsubstantiated.
An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report was provided along with the appeal rights.
