32 | The following was discussed with the Director: No smoking is prohibited on the premises of a child care center; infant walkers, baby jumpers, exersaucers, baby rockers and any other items that fall into that category are prohibited; earthquake safety and necessity of drills are to be conducted every 6 months and logged; Required forms for child files, facility files, staff files, and posting requirements; Fingerprint clearances and the transfer process including associates are to be cleared for all staff.

Based on today's inspection, the facility was incompliance per Title 22 regulations. therefore, no deficiencies were observed at the time of the visit.
A copy of this report must be made available to the public for 3 years.
An exit Interview was conducted with Director Celina Diaz, a copy of this Report and a Notice of Site visit was provided.
