25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alicia Bailey conducted an unannounced random annual (or Required) inspection. LPA met with Licensee Tila Allen Wood and assistant at 2:36 PM who guided the LPA on a tour of the facility. At 2:40 PM during the inspection LPA Bailey discussed, assessed and noted individuals residing in the home. The facility Entrance Checklist for Family Child Care Homes was given to Licensee Allen Wood. This large family child care home. This is a one story home consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, children room, attach garage, front yard and backyard. Areas used living room, one (1) restroom, backyard. Per Licensee Allen Wood and facility sketch, areas off limits to children include: four bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and garage .The home was inspected for safety, comfort, cleanliness, telephone service, heating and ventilation, inaccessibility to poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, and hazardous items that can pose a danger to children. The Licensee Allen Wood stated no other license is held at the facility. There are 11 children present during time of inspection. Licensee Allen- Wood states that there is currently 14 children enrolled in the facility. Facility hours of operation Monday thru Friday 5:00 am to 5:30 PM. The facility ages 0 years old to 12 years old.

At 3:00 PM LPA Bailey observed a large television mounted to the wall in the living room. LPA Bailey observed , age appropriate toys and napping equipment. At 3:10 PM LPA Bailey tour the children bathroom. LPA Bailey did not observe any hazardous items in the bathroom.
