Based on LPAs observations, record review, and interviews which were conducted, the allegations are Unsubstantiated. An unsubstantiated finding means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.
Per Title 22 Regulations and Health and Safety Codes, no citations were issued. An exit interview was conducted. A copy of the report was read and provided to the assistant director. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and required to be posted for 30 days. |
