On 11/21/23 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Andrew Alemoh met with the facility Site Director, Faby Marton, for the purpose of conducting a Random Annual Inspection for the preschool license. A tour of the facility was conducted. Upon arrival LPA observed one classroom with a total of 4 preschool children and 2 staff present. Another classroom at the time of the inspection is not in use due to the facility collaborating with the college administration team on when to reopen the classroom for younger age groups. Director Faby will inform licensing on when the facility would like to reopen the classroom. The center operates 7:45AM - 4:00PM Monday through Friday. Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed.

Furniture and equipment were inspected for age appropriateness and good repair. Furniture in the classroom such as cabinets are welded to the wall making them unable to move around in the classroom. The classroom area was observed to be clean and safe. Telephone service was verified. Heating, lighting, and ventilation are adequate. There are cubbies for children to store their belongings in the classroom area. LPA observed age appropriate toys and learning materials. Appropriate napping equipment (mats) and the storage of the equipment was observed.
