On 08/28/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond arrived at the facility to conduct a Plan of Correction visit and was met by Licensee Veronica Vera. LPA observed 12 children in care being supervised and cared for by licensee and 2 fingerprint cleared assistants.

On 07/08/2024, Licensee was cited for the following:
1. Expired Mandated Reporter training certificate (Ana Aguilar).
2. Missing file for Lucina Garcia (staff).

During visit LPA Richmond observed the following:
1. Mandated Reporter training completed on 7/08/24 (Ana Aguilar)
2. Completed personnel file for Lucina Garcia

2 of 2 Citations issued on 7/08/2024 has been cleared.

An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report, notice of site visit, deficiencies clearance was discussed and provided to Licensee.
