13 | On 08/04/2023 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Isabel Ortega conducted a subsequent investigation inspection to deliver complaint investigation findings. LPA meet with facility Acting Director, who guided LPA on a tour of the facility including Classroom 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Upon arrival LPA observed 49 children in care and eight staff providing care and supervision.
During this investigation, LPA received pertinent documents related to this investigation, which included Facility Roster and other documentation related to the allegation including a Police report. LPA interviewed the staff, parents, children and completed an observation at the facility. According to interviews conducted, observations completed, and documentation, there were no disclosures of staff violating child's personal rights. Facility's philosophy accepts diversity employees as a positive engagement with children. Staff #1 naturally expresses self in a loud voice and reached out to child #4 to protect from falling and getting hurt. Child #1 named on allegation report was not present in Staff' #1's classroom during alleged incident. |
