32 | The allegation that staff physically and emotionally affects the personal rights of the children while in care, has been found to be unsubstantiated. Per Director, on 03/21/2024 all staff received training on Personal Rights of children while in care. Per staff interviews, none witnessed other staff physically or emotionally affecting the personal rights of the children. Per parents interviews, none disclosed that any staff affected their child in a physical or emotional manner. Per children interviews, none made any disclosures.
Based on LPA investigation, documents obtained, and statements obtained, it has been determined that the complaint allegations that staff physically and emotionally affect the personal rights of the children while in care, is unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated.
LPAs advised Director about the Technical Support Program (TSP) and will LPA Calvillo will obtain an referral for the facility.
The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.
