According to the Reporting Party (RP), facility is out of ratio, with one staff providing care to as many as 21-24 children.

According to parents interviewed during the course of the investigation, Parents stated they were happy with the Child Care Center (CCC).
-Pertaining to the allegation that – Unqualified staff are providing care for day care children.
According to the Reporting Party (RP), they suspect one or more of the staff are not qualified to work as teachers but are working as teachers.
LPA reviewed staff files and observed all staff met the Teacher criteria per Title 22 Regulations.
-Pertaining to the allegation that – Staff do not supervise day care children in the bathroom.
According to the Reporting Party (RP),RP stated staff do not accompany children to the bathroom, even if parents request that they do so. RP stated on the rare occasion that a staff checks on a child in the restroom, they do so by leaving the whole classroom of other children without adequate supervision.
According to Staff Interviewed during the course of the investigation, staff stated that they make efforts to take all children to the restroom at a time to maintain ratio. Staff stated that when only one child needs to use the restroom, they will have Director Kumarini assist or lead one child to the restroom while continuing to supervise the remaining children in the classroom.
LPA Ornelas observed efforts to ensure supervision is being maintained when children need to utilize the restroom.
