25 | On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hanna Cha met with licensee Nelli Yeghiazaryan. The purpose of the visit was to conduct an unannounced Annual/Random inspection of the facility. Upon arrival, LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection to the licensee. LPA and licensee toured the facility. LPA observed licensee and two assistants providing care and supervision to one infant and six preschool-aged children. The current days and hours of operation are Mondays through Sundays 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Physical Plant/Indoor/Children’s Area: This is a one-story family home with a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, three restrooms, a den, a patio, a front and back yard. Main care is provided in the garage converted into a child care area (with permit). Licensee provides children with cots and playpens for infants when children are napping. Per licensee, children walk through bedroom #1 (on-limits), located between the childcare area and kitchen area. Bedroom #1 includes a bathroom and closet. LPA inspected for safety and no hazardous items. The off-limit areas are two bedrooms, one restroom, patio, and the three sheds in the back yard (pad locked) utilized for storage and equipment.
LPA inspected the children’s area and all on-limit areas for safety, cleanliness and good repair. Per LPA observation, fireplace in living room barricaded with glass screen. Per licensee, fireplace is not used and turned off. LPA observed age-appropriate toys and play equipment, a working smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. The fire extinguisher was observed, fully green. There is a designated area for the ill children as necessary.
