The First Aid kit with a temperature thermometer was observed and complete. The required fire extinguisher (2A10BC) is reading in green (purchased with one year). Smoke and carbon monoxide detector dual is operating condition according to the Fire Marshal standards. Fire and disaster drills are conducted every six-month. According to Licensee emergency drills were conducted and documented 7/16/2024.
Licensee had all the required posted documents: Facility License (LIC 203, Notice of Parent's Rights Poster (PUB 394), Emergency Disaster Plan (LIC 610A), and Earthquake Preparedness Checklist (LIC 9148).
The licensee maintains proof of immunization against pertussis (TDAP), measles (MMR), Tuberculous (TB) and written statement opt out of influenza.
Licensee provided an certificate of completion First Aid and CPR training which does not expire 06/2025. Licensee is aware required CPR is Pediatric First Aid and CPR which agreed to take to renew training (Technical Violation Provided).
Childcare Provider Mandated Reporter training – General, Childcare Provider and Exam are required to be renewed every two-years. Licensee provided certificate dated 6/19/2024. The following were discussed: No smoking, infant walkers, Johnny jumpers, exersaucers and any other item that falls into that category are permitted in the facility.
