Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Keyona Scott, conducted an unannouced inspection to the Family Child Care Home for the purpose of continuing and delivering findings for complaint investigation regarding Complaint Control Number: 30-CC-20220711125708. LPA met with Licensee, Ester Ezra at 12:42 PM and observed five (5) children which includes two (2) infants in care along with Assistant (A1). Adult 1 (A2) arrived at the home at approximately 12:55 PM. All Adults present, residing, working and/or volunterring in the home have a criminal record clearance or exemption.

During today's inspection, LPA conducted interviews and facility observation.

It was alleged that daycare children are being yelled at while in care. Per interviews conducted, no disclosures were made. Per Licensee, no one inappropriately speaks to the children and there is no discipline policy; children in care are taught about behavior and how to respect others; therefore, based upon PAGE 1

No deficiencies were cited during today’s inspection on 09/08/2022.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
