Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Silva Garibyan conducted an unannounced case management inspection on 01/21/2025. LPA arrived at the facility at 10:45 AM and met with Jeannine Pignotti, Director, who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. There were 29 children and seven staff present upon arrival.

When interviewed Director, Jeannine Pignotti, explained to LPA that she learned over the weekend of October 19 that a child in Pre-K had lice.
