At 8:05AM on 9/10/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Angela Luz met with Director Jeannine Pignotti to conduct an unannounced complaint investigation to deliver findings on the allegation above. 8:55AM Director toured the facility with LPA. LPA observed 22 preschoolers with 7 staff.

Throughout the investigation, LPA reviewed files and conducted interviews and observations. The facility uses three classrooms (First Year, Middles, and Pre-K), with a capacity of 38. There are a total of 7 staff and 41 enrolled children. LPA noted there are enough staff scheduled to meet the total number of children enrolled. LPA observed the facility to be in capacity and ratio compliance today. Director stated on any given day, there are a maximum of 38 children. Not all children enrolled are full time.
