On 7/12/2024, LPA Ranita Richmond conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegations. LPA Richmond was greeted by Licensee Byanka Pacleb. LPA Richmond toured the home inside and outside for Health & Safety inspection. LPA Richmond observed 9 children being supervised and cared for by licensee and 3 fingerprint cleared staff.

Based on observation, record review, and interviews, there is no evidence to show that the licensee did not provide adequate care and supervision to the children. Therefore, the above allegation is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.

Per Title 22 Regulations and Health and Safety Codes, no citations were issued.
An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report was read and provided to Licensee Byanka Pacleb.
Notice of Site Visit was provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
