Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeanine Lipsey conducted an unannounced 3 year required annual inspection to the above home on 10/28/24. LPA arrived at the facility at 12:40PM, identified self and met with Licensee Zhanneta Peresechanskaya, who guided LPA on a tour of the home. LPA provided Lincesee with a copy of the Entrance Checklist to help facilitate the inspection. This is a large home with a capacity of 14. Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 7AM to 6 PM.

All areas identified on the Facility Sketch were inspected.

There were 11 children and 1 staff present when LPA arrived. The facility was observed to be within the license capacity and limitations.

The licensee was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.

Due to time constraints the Annual visit will be completed on a future date.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
