32 | According to Staff interviewed during the course of the investigation, staff stated that the children are not left unattended. Staff stated that in an emergency case where a child needs to use the restroom and no other adults are present they have quickly taken the child.
According to Parents interviewed during the course of the investigation, parents stated that upon pickup, they have been unable to locate a teacher to open the door while the children visibly playing near the front classroom area.

LPA observed teacher step away while the remaining children stayed in the classroom with the hired music teacher for the day. LPA did not observe any other staff available to assist with supervision due to all other staff having to maintain ratio.
