According to witnesses interviewed during the course of the investigation, there were conflicting statements made. Most witnesses stated that they have never observed children being disciplined inappropriately. Witnesses stated that when children misbehave, they are talked to, they are allowed to express themselves and provided positive reinforcement.
According to children interviewed during the course of the investigation, children stated that they like their school and their teachers. Children stated that they do not get in trouble.
Based on the evidence as documented above, the allegations have been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegation occurred.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
