Upon arrival LPA was greeted by Jezyka Roldan and observed 12 children and 5 adults.

During the initial 10 day inspection for complaint control # 58-CC-20241017143237 on 10/24/2024, LPA observed 4 infants alone in the infant nap room without any adult supervision as well as closed doors.

LPA provided lead teacher with pending documents form from Guardian and lead teacher agrees to comply by following up with Guardian via guardian@dss.ca.gov to ensure S1 returns to work once eligible.
