Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), V. Wheatley conducted a Plan of Correction inspection to verify that the facility is operating within required ratios, capacity and with teacher qualifications according to Title 22 Regulations to clear a deficiency that was cited on 9/8/2023 whereby the facility was over capacity with 18 toddlers in Room 2 and out of ratio with 17 preschool children in Room 3 with unqualified staff member.

Today on 11/15/23, LPA Wheatley met with director Darlene Estrada and observed 25 children (15 preschool in room 3 and 10 toddlers in room 2) on the premises with four staff members. The facility is operating within Title 22 Regulations requirements for capacity and ratios. The licensee arrived during the inspection.
