On 10/02/2025 at 11:54am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond , conducted a subsequent complaint visit regarding the above-mentioned allegation and to deliver the findings. Upon arrival, LPA met with Sanjida Kabir, Site Supervisor. LPA explained the purpose of the inspection. LPA toured the facility. LPA observed 12 children in care being supervised by two fingerprint cleared staff.

On 06/23/2025, El Segundo Child Care Regional Office (ESRO) received a complaint regarding an alleged personal rights violation. The case was referred to the department’s Investigation Bureau (IB) to conduct the investigation.

On 06/25/2025 – LPA Ranita Richmond conducted the 10-day visit and interviewed and issued the 10-day complaint notification to the licensee.

On 09/15/2025, El Segundo Regional Office received the completed investigation. Based on evidence received during the investigation which included interviews with pertinent parties, record review and observations, the allegation of staff inappropriately touched a daycare child while in care deemed unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the above alleged violations did or did not occur.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no citations were cited today

Exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report, notice of site visit, and appeal rights were provided to Sanjida Kabir, Site Supervisor.
