On 06/14/2023, LPA Clayton conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegation(s). LPA was greeted by Gloria Diaz, Acting Director. LPA toured the CCC inside and outside for Health & Safety inspection. LPA Clayton observed 15 infants, being supervised and cared for appropriately by 4 teachers.

During the investigation LPA Clayton visited the CCC unannounced on 04/20/2023 and 06/14/2023. During each of the unannounced visits LPA Clayton observed the infant center to be within the correct teacher student ratios according to Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1.

LPA Clayton reviewed Personnel records and found the teaching staff to be in compliance with Title 22 Regulations regarding qualifications for teachers and teachers aides.
